Leon Ruan is a Founding Member and Managing Partner at Clarence Square Capital. Prior to co-founding Clarence Square Capital, Leon spent nine years advising domestic and multinational corporate clients on $50bn+ of mergers and acquisitions transactions at Barclays. Leon holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Saad Khan
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Saad Khan is a Founding Member and Managing Partner at Clarence Square Capital. Prior to co-founding Clarence Square Capital, Saad spent twelve years at Barclays, first in corporate equity derivatives and then in mergers and acquisitions, advising corporations on $20bn+ of transactions. Saad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Middlebury College in Vermont.
